BEIJING – Yang Jiechi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), will attend the 11th Meeting of the BRICS High Representatives for Security Issues via video link on Tuesday, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced.
Yang, also director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee, will attend the meeting at the invitation of Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, spokesperson Wang Wenbin said at a press briefing.
