Xi extends condolences to Ruto over deadly traffic accident

BEIJING — Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday offered condolences to Kenyan President William Ruto over the deadly traffic accident in the African country.

In his message, Xi said that he was shocked to learn of the serious traffic accident in Kenya's Kericho County, which caused heavy casualties.
